             All Logs are hand  pealed with the log wizard.

  3~ Full log roof purloins  48 inch O. C.;

    4~ Full log gable ends;     

  5~ Full log dormers; 

   6~ Full log Porch purloins;

   7~ Porch posts;

    8~ Window & door openings cut out and splined; (steel spline)

   9~ We include log window sills if wanted;--see image above

  10~  Railing for the  Loft and stairway;

11~ Full log stairway; on kits with loft

  12~ Glue

  13~ House log nails, and screws

  14~ Cans of spray Foam to seal corners and joints.

           6% Michigan sales tax ;      Kit price is Loaded on YOUR  truck.

2 x 10  24 inch  O. C.  (to create insulation cavity}

1 1/2 inch starfoam insulation; ( between 2 x 4's )

30 R fiberglass on top of 7 R starfoam;

1/2 inch O.S B. sheathing;  30 # felt ; 30 year shingle or metal roofing;

cedar facia;  3/4 inch pine soffit; Ridge and soffit vents;
